About

Based in Cambridge, UK, I am a classical music industry professional with 30 years’ experience as an agent and manager of internationally renowned musicians. I am an executive director of a small company where, as well as managing artists, I have naturally taken on the HR role helping colleagues working in high pressure situations to balance their workloads and working relationships. I have served as a school governor and as chair of my local parish council.

 

I have an International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Certificate in Professional Coaching Skills from Coaching Development Ltd and recently launched my coaching practice. I am particularly drawn to working in the creative industries and with individuals who are struggling with decisions around next steps. I find coaching remarkable in its simplicity and ability to transform lives when done well.
