About

Based in Cambridge, UK, I am a classical music industry professional with 30 years’ experience as an agent and manager of internationally renowned musicians. I have also served as a school governor and chair of my local parish council.

 

In my role as an executive director of a successful artist management company I have enjoyed navigating and resolving complex business and artistic issues in a high pressure working environment. I have an agile and creative approach to management; hearing my colleagues’ and clients’ needs and delivering what is required. This experience serves me well as a coach; I understand the pressures that performers, and those who work around them, face in the international arena.

 

My coaching practice offers an opportunity for those people to explore their world and discover more about what they have to offer and what motivates them. And crucially how they can turn that discovery into real life action. I find coaching remarkable in its ability to transform lives when done well.
